Hiermit teilen wir Ihnen alle notwendigen Informationen bezüglich Self Check-in mit:

Der Check-In erfolgt selbstständig und ist ab 15 Uhr möglich. Der Zugangscode zum Apartment ist auch ab 15 Uhr aktiviert.

- Wie finde ich mein Apartment?

Geben Sie in Ihrem Navigationsgerät folgende Adresse ein: Anton-Kleinoscheg-Straße 66, 8051 Graz.
Parken Sie vor dem Supermarkt "BILLA". Von dort aus begeben Sie sich zu Fuß zu Ihrem Apartment. 
Ihr Apartment befindet sich im Haus 66a (Anton-Kleinoscheg-Straße 66a, Tür S23, 5. Stock) in 8051 Graz.

Oben finden Sie einen Übersichtsplan wo sich Ihr Apartment genau befindet.
Die Tiefgaragenkarte ist in Ihrem Apartment für Sie hinterlegt!

- Wie komme ich zu meinem Apartment?

Stellen Sie Ihr Auto kurz am Parkplatz vor dem Supermarkt "BILLA" ab. Gehen Sie zur oben angeführten Adresse, auch Haus Silberberg genannt. Nachdem Sie nun im Haus Silberberg sind, fahren Sie mit dem Lift in den fünften Stock und gehen zur Wohnung "S23".

Zwischen 19:00 und 08:00 Uhr wird für die Liftnutzung folgender Code benötigt: "8051". Sollten Sie das Treppenhaus benutzen wollen, begeben Sie sich bitte über die Stiege in den ersten Stock und drücken die Klingel für "S23", danach öffnet sich die Haustüre und Sie gelangen über die Treppe in den fünften Stock.

ACHTUNG:

Die Tür Ihres Apartments lässt sich per Eingabe eines Zahlencodes öffnen, welchen Sie in einer separaten Mail erhalten!

Entnehmen Sie Ihre Tiefgaragenkarte.  Diese Karte ermöglicht Ihnen die Tiefgarage kostenlos zu befahren. Steigen Sie nun wieder in Ihr Auto, fahren zu einer der beiden Tiefgarageneinfahrten und öffnen den Schranken, indem Sie das Ticket kurz gegen "Dauerparker" halten. BITTE NICHT IN DEN SCHLITZ SCHIEBEN.

Nachdem Sie in der Tiefgarage angelangt sind, dürfen Sie nur auf einem freien bzw. grünen Parkplatz Ihr Auto abstellen. LASSEN SIE DIE KARTE NICHT IM AUTO.

Abschließend füllen Sie im Laufe Ihres Aufenthaltes das Gästeverzeichnisblatt aus und lassen dieses in der Wohnung liegen.

- Wie versperre ich mein Apartment?

VON INNEN: Drücken Sie den Knopf auf der Innenseite des Schlosses. 

BEI VERLASSEN DES APARTMENTS: Drücken Sie das Dreieck, welches sich im rechten unteren Eck Ihres Eingabefeldes an der Tür befindet. 

Bei Notfällen oder Problemen beim Check-In sind wir täglich von 08:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr unter +43 664 88 90 22 31 telefonisch sowie über Whatsapp erreichbar.

The check-in happens independently by yourself. You can obtain your apartment at 3PM. Also your code to open the apartment works from 3PM. 

-How do you find your apartment?

Please take the following adress for navigation: Anton-Kleinoscheg-Straße 66, 8051 Graz. 
Park you car in front of the Supermarket "BILLA". From here you can walk to your apartment. 
Your apartment is located in house 66a (Anton-Kleinoschegg-Straße 66a, 8051 Graz, door S23, fifth floor)

In your apartment, you will find the underground parking card.

-How do you get to your apartment?

Park your car at the parking lot in front of the supermarket “BILLA”. Go to the previously mentioned address, also called “Haus Silberberg” After you have arrived at Haus Silberberg, take the elevator to the fifth floor and go to the apartment.  Between 7PM and 8AM the usage of the elevator requires a code, which is “8051”.
You can also use the steps to the main entrance which will open automatically when you use the doorbell “S23”.

ATTENTION! The door of your apartment can be opened by entering a code you will receive in a separate E-Mail!

Gather the underground parking card from your apartment. With this card you can park your car in our underground parking lot for free. Get back inside your car, and drive to one of the underground parking lot entrances. To open the barrier, hold your parking card shortly towards “Dauerparker”. DO NOT PUT IT INTO THE SLOT!

After you reached the underground parking lot, you can choose a free (green) space for your car. PLEASE TAKE THE CARD WITH YOU.

-How do you lock the apartment?

FROM THE INSIDE: push the button on the inside of the lock
FROM THE OUTSIDE: push the triangle, located in the lower right corner of the input box on your door.
